Book?
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for peak seasons (Golden Week in October, Chinese New Year, and summer school holidays). That said, we can often accommodate shorter timelines — just reach out and we'll do our best.
What's included in the price?
All accommodations, private transportation, English-speaking local guides, entrance fees, and meals as specified in your itinerary are included. International flights are typically not included unless specifically arranged.
Can I modify my itinerary after booking?
Yes. Free modifications are available up to 7 days before departure, subject to availability. We understand plans change, and we'll always work with you to find the best solution.
Do you offer group tours?
We specialize in private, customized tours — meaning your group has your own guide, your own vehicle, and your own schedule. We do not mix strangers into the same group.
What if I need help during my trip?
Your guide is with you throughout the journey. You also have access to our operations team via WeChat 24/7. We've handled everything from medical emergencies to last-minute itinerary changes — you're never alone.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept international bank transfer (SWIFT), Alipay, and WeChat Pay. A 30% deposit secures your dates, with the balance due 14 days before departure.
Do I need a visa to visit China?
Citizens from 47 countries are eligible for visa-free entry to China for up to 30 days (policy valid through Dec 31, 2026). For other nationalities, we provide official invitation letters to support your visa application. Check our
